Heavenly Sriracha Pinapple Pork Lettuce Wraps

Probably one of my biggest cravings with this pregnancy is Asian food.  I can't get enough of it and one of my favorite places to eat at is Pei Wei.  I am in love with their lettuce wraps!  It's fresh, flavorful, and healthy. The lettuce wrap is the perfect after church lunch when we order it with our favorites.  My little lady loves the wonton soup, I get the edamame, and the hubby chooses spring rolls.  Eat it family style and we all get a little taste of everything.  

 

All of their wraps are delicious, my favorite is the Korean steak but the new Sriracha Pineapple Pork Wrap is just as yummy!  It features a wok-seared pork and your choice of the the following fresh cut ingredients- pineapple, red oinion, and green peppers.  It's topped with Pei Wei's own Sriracha sauce and served in a yummy lettuce cup.  Definitely worth it for $6.95.  My mouth is drooling just thinking about it.
